OpenMontage란

OpenMontage는 오픈소스 에이전트 영상 제작 시스템이다 (AGPLv3). 13개 영상 제작 파이프라인과 115개 도구/스킬을 갖추고, "executive-producer(EP)"가 각 제작 단계를 스테이지-게이트 방식으로 통제한다 — 각 단계의 산출물이 품질 게이트를 통과해야 다음 단계로 넘어가는 구조다.

MCO는 영상 자체가 아니라 이 방법론(스테이지-게이트 거버넌스 + 비평 규율)을 이식했다. 영상 제작뿐 아니라 임의의 다단계 생성 작업에 MCO의 GAN 루프로 적용할 수 있다.

아키텍처

각 stage = generate(생성자) → CHAI gate(평가자, GAN 독립) → 통과 시 artifact 적재 + 체크포인트. 미통과 시 must_fix를 주입한 send-back(최대 max_revisions 회). 이전 stage의 produces artifact가 다음 stage의 required_artifacts_in으로 파이프된다.

• GAN 분리: 생성자는 router(routeLLM), 평가자는 eval 체인(groq70→glm→…→claude-cli 폴백). 평가자는 산출물을 수정하지 않고 verdict만 반환.
• 체크포인트/resume: 각 stage 통과 시 run 상태를 JSON으로 저장 → mco-pipeline resume <runId>로 중단 지점부터 재개.
• 예산 거버넌스: 누적 비용을 추적해 --budget 초과 시 경고. 각 파이프라인 정의에 budget_default_usd·max_wall_time_minutes 기본값 포함.

CHAI 비평 규율

근거: CMU/Harvard CHAI 연구 "Building a Precise Video Language with Human-AI Oversight" (arXiv 2604.21718v2). 비평 품질 3축이 다운스트림 산출물 품질을 직접 좌우한다는 발견을 게이트에 강제한다.

축	규율
Accurate	모든 finding은 산출물의 구체 부분(필드/문장/수치/프레임)을 인용. 가리킬 수 없으면 적지 않음(환각 비평 금지).
Complete	한 결함만 잡고 동류 결함 누락 = 더 나쁨. 같은 클래스 결함을 전수 스캔 후 반환.
Constructive	모든 critical finding은 구체적 proposed_fix(교체 텍스트/정확한 값/시정 행동)를 반드시 동반.

proposed_fix 강제 규칙 (거짓 critical 차단): proposed_fix가 없는 critical/suggestion은 자동으로 investigation으로 강등되어 게이트를 막지 않는다. severity 체계: critical(통과 차단·fix 必) · suggestion · nitpick · investigation(fix 불명·비차단).

star365 연동

• api.star365.site — GET /api/mco/pipelines (카탈로그 + CHAI 메타), GET /api/mco/pipelines/:id (개별 정의). 구축됨 (/opt/star365-hq/api/server.mjs).
• studio.star365.site — GET /api/pipelines (카탈로그 노출). 구축됨 (/opt/star365-hq/studio/server.mjs).

외부 HTTPS 라이브 응답 검증은 메인 에이전트 재시작 후 수행 예정. 위 라우트는 소스에 존재함을 확인했으나 본 문서 작성 시점에 재시작은 하지 않았다.

도구 실행 스테이지 — 실제 영상 산출 (asset/compose, 2026-06-27 확장)

스테이지 정의에 "executor": "asset" | "compose" 가 있으면 LLM 텍스트가 아니라 실제 파일을 생성한다. 게이트는 LLM CHAI 가 아니라 결정적 검증(파일 존재 + ffprobe 길이>0).

• asset — scene_plan(JSON) 파싱 → 장면별 fal.ai FLUX 이미지 + fal.ai TTS(kokoro=영어 / minimax=한국어·다국어) 내레이션 생성 → asset_manifest(실파일 경로 + 길이). 최대 6장면.
• compose — asset_manifest → 내레이션 concat + SRT 자막 + ffmpeg(정적 프레임+페이드, 옵션 Ken Burns) concat 슬라이드쇼 → final.mp4 + render_report.

키: /root/.fal_api_key(fal.ai). 산출물: pipelines/runs/<runId>.assets/(scene_NN.jpg / scene_NN.mp3 / subs.srt / final.mp4). 비용 ≈ $0.03(6장면, FLUX schnell). 구현 /opt/star365-hq/api/media-tools.mjs.

신규 파이프라인 star365-slideshow(브리프→script→scene_plan→assets→compose)가 이 경로의 실구현 — OpenMontage "$0.15 FLUX 슬라이드쇼"의 MCO 버전.

렌더 가능 파이프라인 4종 (2026-06-27)

star365-slideshow · animated-explainer · animation · cinematic — 모두 assets/compose executor 보유. OM 3종은 scene_plan 이 {id,type,description,required_assets,script_section_id,...} 네이티브 포맷이라, asset executor 가 LLM 정규화(normalizeRenderSpec: scene_plan+script → {scenes:[{image_prompt(영어),narration}]})로 변환 후 렌더한다. star365-slideshow 는 처음부터 호환 스키마라 정규화를 건너뛴다.

렌더 불가(footage/화면캡처/오디오/아바타/리그 입력 의존 — 이미지 슬라이드쇼 도구로 불가): documentary-montage, talking-head, screen-demo, avatar-spokesperson, clip-factory, podcast-repurpose, localization-dub, hybrid, character-animation → 기획/오케스트레이션(LLM 텍스트)까지만.

검증: star365-slideshow(1920x1080 h264+aac 한국어+자막 37s) · animation(OM 네이티브 scene_plan → LLM 정규화 → 1920x1080 h264+aac 18s) 라이브 mp4 생성 확인.

영상 다운로드: GET /api/mco/pipeline-run/:runId/video (compose 완료 시 run 상태에 video 링크 노출).

참고: 4 vCPU 환경에서 zoompan(Ken Burns)은 클립당 90s+ 로 비실용 → 기본은 정적+페이드(클립당 ~2s). kenBurns 옵션으로만 모션 활성.
