결정적 발견 (turning point)

Sprint #2의 "4 플랫폼 hook 적용"이 실은 silent fail이었음. hospital→kahan:3720 TCP 차단 (UFW)로 모든 callCentralApi가 timeout → catch → local fallback. Sprint #3에서 api.star365.site (public HTTPS) 프록시로 우회.

두 사전 issue 동시 진단 + 해결

Redis 비밀번호 불일치 — /opt/hospital/.env REDIS_URL이 옛 비밀번호 사용 → WRONGPASS
- 정정: pHrmaSp4IaQRtP7ChzDAdVYYdyTyTqgh (ecosystem.config.js와 일치)
Docker-proxy 5440 누락 — starium_postgres host port 매핑 죽어있음 (다른 5434/5435/5437/5438/5439는 정상)
- 해결: docker restart starium_postgres (5초 다운, finance/legal/assistant/medical 모두 영향, 자동 회복)

결과: hospital-api restarts=0 안정 (이전 220+ crash loop). hospital spend hook도 재적용 가능 → 4/4 플랫폼 hook 활성.

Track B: members.star365.site 통합 잔고 UI ✅
