중요 발견 (audit gap)

1. pet dist의 SPRINT2_SPEND_HOOK 자체 누락 — Sprint #2 inject 시 빠짐. Sprint #10에서 정정 (SPRINT10_SPEND_HOOK).
2. hospital의 hook 위치 문제 — local balance check 이후라 local 0이면 도달 못 함. 향후 hook 위치 함수 시작으로 이동 권장.
3. finance가 작동했던 이유 — getBalance가 callCentralApi('GET','/balance')으로 central first 반환. local 0이라도 central balance 보임 → check 통과 → hook 발동.

• 총 잔고: 219,850P → 350,150P
• 누적 사용: 0 → 36,550P
